    If I removed ever disk with a bad sector there would be no HD's left in many of my clients servers. Even New HD's sometimes have bad sectors. Monitoring is a good thing but keep a Low Level Format Utility handy and reassign bad sectors.

    I remember the days when all hard drives had bad sectors.
